Jon has scaled multiple product companies in the "empowered" style, building teams and organisations that are able to innovate and achieve strong business and customer results.

He's worked across multiple verticals (communications, media, marketplaces) achieving world-class products that have gained the attention of some of the world's best innovators (including Steve Jobs) and was the first Product Manager to be nominated for a British Design Award.

He now spends his time coaching and advising teams, companies and product leaders as part of Silicon Valley Product Group.
